Kashmir Hands Inc. Cancellation & Late Policy

Cancellation Policy – 

Our time together is important. Unless there is an emergency, it is requested that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. No show clients will receive a bill for the full rate, less than 24-hour cancellation notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Gift certificates may be forfeited for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.  Gift certificates will be forfeited for no shows.

Lateness Policy – 

We request that you arrive early for your appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, the time left will be used to its best advantage

Communication Policy - 

If Kashmir Hands staff needs to postpone or cancel class or an appointment last minute your payment can stay in escrow  towards your next service at Kashmir Hands. 

Kashmir Hands will communicate these emergency changes via email, text or phone call. Together we can make a difference.
